Greg
has 38 years experience in computer and electronics, over
33 years in Computer Networking Technologies. Greg is an
USAF veteran he spent four years specializing in Avionics
Maintenance, stationed at Carswell A.F.B. in Fort Worth.
During this period he also worked part time at Tandy
Computers Manufacturing facility repairing main boards on
the J2000 line of Personal computers. After leaving the
USAF in 1984, Greg came back to Houston and went to work
for EG&G Continental Laboratories, as their Senior
Electronics Technician. Greg maintained, installed and
helped in design of Oil well logging data acquisition
computer systems. When the Oil field business declined in
1986, Greg went to work for Vertical Software Inc. became
the Manager of Technical Services. VSI specialized in PC
multi-user Systems (Anex), Unix and Novell. After five
years with VSI, Greg went to work for one of VSI's
customers HCA Spring Branch Medical Center with the title
of Network PC Systems Coordinator. Over a 3-year period
at Spring Branch, Greg took a small Novell network and
grew it into a large multiple locations Intranet.
In 1994 Greg decided to give it a go on his own; so
far so good! |
